Second time I placed a station by accident. My mouse cursor gets stuck in an animation on the board and without confirmation it places a station. Usually I need to hit F5 to even be able to place a station with confirmation the right way.
On the sides of the board, this animation problem is most problematic (like Rostov, Angora), but also with short routes near Brussels and the single at Vienna.
A station placement should ALWAYS have a confirmation.• Milyen böngészőt használsz?

I was dragging two blue to Brussels-Frankfurt and i couldn't move it correctly and all of a sudden it gave me a station on Brussels.
I've had a few opponents put random stations as well.

I tried to play 2 green Kharkov Smolensk, my cursor gets stuck, I try and try to move my cards to the correct spot and a station appears. No confirmation. Maddening.

I was not intending to build a station but, while moving mouse, a station was built and my turn was over. Not a good result loosing wild card and 3 points and 1 move.

2024. jan 8. 18:50 • I've now at least twice if not more ended up with an accidental station when I thought I was claiming a route. Happened in table 457871633 when trying to claim Wien to Budapest and instead ended up with a station in Budapest which is absolutely useless to me.

2024. febr 24. 6:36 • Like said previously, the "Confirm route claim" preference must be set with "Enabled" (only) choice to have a confirmation required to place a station or a route. ;-)

2024. júl 14. 22:31 • It should be set by default to always ask for confirmation by developers; we have a number of issues especially in Europe map; in smartphones it makes games unplayable: close routes are continuously being confused
I wanted to open a new thread, but it is a similar issue. There could be a choice of disabling this feature, but if it is hard to have thois, then game should be ALWAYS asking for confirmation
I had the choice enabled and still it put 1 pink and 2 locos just by trying to roll the map in a smartphone; unfotunately I touched at a 3 pink route.
Please do not ask for more information, just install a permanent feature of ALWAYS asking for confirmation

2024. aug 25. 16:30 • second on previous reports; I have gained one game where I wondered why opponent was putting random stations... until it happenned to me: should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ask for confirmation. How is it possible to put a station without asking for confirmation, just by taking the single card out of many. This not a bug: this is an ERROR in the program.

2024. nov 9. 22:13 • This happens regularly in games I play, and always to players with touch screen devices. Confirm Route Claim is enabled (by default, it seems) as "only for touch-enabled devices". But this setting doesn't appear to work and/or device detection is buggy.
One player I know is recognised by BGG as playing on tablet, but still doesn't get confirmations with this setting. Another player I know has a Chromebook with touchscreen, I checked and their preferences are set to "touch enabled devices only". But BGG shows them as using a standard browser. They don't get confirmations either.
Unfortunately I can't ask these people to change settings to "enabled", as they're not tech-savvy. The last time I asked one of them, the game timer ran out and they got a penalty while trying to find it. However, the setting "only for touch-enabled devices" should be working, but isn't.
