Instead of rolling dice to move a streetcar, the rule is that a player may move any distance up to the distance moved by the previous move + 1 square. There is a track on one edge of the board to keep track of how far the last movement actually was so that players know how far they can move and that track runs from 1 to 10. For an online implementation, you don't need a track on to the board to track this, but a limit of distance of 10 should be done.
