Towards the end of the game, I could not use any numbers so I had to Choose between System Error or Free Action, so I tried to use the free action so I can pick the Astronaut, where I can change the number and use it. It was not allowed - as first i had to pick the number, than the action (for example water or plant) and I got a message that this combination is not allowed - normally once I pick any, I can pick the Free action type afterwards.

I got a red message that this combination is not allowed - that was true, but with the Free action, it should have been allowed as by picking the Astronaut, I would have a number I could use.

I think possibly there WASN'T a way to use the joker (no astronaut card!) so fault is in suggesting a Joker in first place.
