The effectively doubles the game length in turn-based place and causes lots more downtime. Great implementation!
I will leave it open and maybe fix it in the future.
I have placed a meteor thinking that I was placing a dice...
If the phases remain separated, greying the dice during the meteor phase would also be welcome.
